Mountainfilm on Tour North Lake Tahoe | November 10 – 11
Mountainfilm on Tour is coming to North Lake Tahoe for two nights! Mountainfilm on Tour brings a selection of culturally rich, adventure-packed and incredibly inspiring documentary films curated from the Mountainfilm festival held every Memorial Day weekend in Telluride, Colorado.
As a part of this year’s offerings, we will be hosting two events, both of which will benefit a local non-profit. The first will be held at Alpenglow Sports on Friday, November 10th and will focus on highlighting culturally and socially focused impact films that we hope will inspire and facilitate conversation amongst the viewers. This will be an intimate event at the shop, where dinner and drinks will be available. Doors open at 530pm and the show starts at 7pm.
The following night, on Saturday, November 11th, we will be hosting a larger scale second event at the Palisades Tahoe Olympic Village Events Center. This curation of films will be focused on highlighting adventure and the human spirit. In addition to the event itself, representatives from popular adventure, ski, and climbing brands will be in attendance and a great giveaway will benefit the non-profit beneficiary. Attendees are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy an evening of fun, games, and dinner prior to the show. Doors open at 5pm and the show starts at 630pm. All ages are welcomed and encouraged to attend both nights.
Tickets are required for both events. After purchasing your tickets, your name will be on the list at the door! And, we will be eagerly awaiting your arrival. Pre-sale of tickets online will end at 3pm each day, then available when doors open at the venue. Save money with a Combo Ticket for both nights of viewing, only available during pre-sale periods. Tickets are not physical, you will see “In-Store Pickup Only.” Simply show up to your selected viewing using the purchaser’s name to gain entry.
