Fair to good conditions
Howdy folks, this is Oliver with the report for Monday morning.
Morning Report for SF-San Mateo County: New, very large WNW peaks today, offering up double-triple overhead waves to exposures. Best winter standouts see 3x-4x overhead sets on the right tides. Even the most swell sheltered spots may see some head high sets or better. Winds are light and variable now, but surface conditions seem a bit textured anyhow. Tide is peaking shortly at a 5.95′ at 7:37PM.
Short-Term Forecast for SF-San Mateo County: Size will hold all day. Winds look to hold as a light WSW. Tide drops to a 0.48′ at 2:28PM.
Note: There is a lot of power in the ocean today. Use caution and know your limits!
