Truckee swimmer Karen Rodgers postponed her attempt to swim the length of Lake Tahoe due to weather conditions. She plans to reschedule it for later in August, weather permitting.

A record amount of snow this winter isn’t holding back the renowned Lost & Found Gravel Festival – the show goes ON Saturday, June 3!
Race organizers have re-routed the course to stay out of the snow, keeping distances and elevation gain nearly the same. Nicely done Lost & Found 👏

Matt recently took a one-year leave from teaching at Castro Valley High School to complete the remaining 2,250 miles.
Lucky for Matt, his wife Karen has encouraged him to live his dream and has been providing support along the way.

We had the chance to meet Nevada Native runner Ku Stevens and his family during the Remembrance Run. We were so inspired by their story, we had Ku on the cover of our Fall 2022 issue.
@schh_films is doing a documentary on Ku's story and that of other Indigenous families who have been impacted by Indian Boarding Schools.
