The Huntington Lake Triathlon is a fun and challenging race in an incredible location: Huntington Lake. This event features a lake swim in Huntington Lake, a challenging road bike course, and a ‘high altitude’ run finishes the race. Each athlete registered for the Huntington Lake Triathlon will receive a custom t-shirt, athlete goody bag, swim cap, post-race meal, and be eligible for raffle prizes and race awards three-deep in each division. Take the weekend and come up and enjoy this fun event with your family.

Sprint Bike    Olympic Bike    Run 
Course:
5K Run/Walk
5K – Begins at 8:40am
Run: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore
10K Run/Walk
10K – Begins at 8:40am
Run: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore. Two loops of the course.
Sprint Triathlon- 400 yard swim | 13 mile bike | 3.3 mile run
Individual or Relay – Begins at 8:30am
Swim: Beginning in the water at Lakeshore, athletes will utilize the sandy shoreline area immediately to the East of the Huntington Lake Boat Launch. Participants swim around buoys for 400 yards, exit the water near the entry point utilizing an existing asphalt ramp and making their way through a small section of forest behind the bathrooms, and proceed to the Transition Area.
Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back.
Run: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes head west from the parking lot along the trail towards the dam for approximately 1.4 miles, then they will turn right and head towards Kilowatt Road. Runners will turn right onto Huntington Lake Road and proceed back towards Lakeshore

Olympic Triathlon – 1600 yard swim | 22.5 mile bike | 6.5 mile run
Individual or Relay – Begins at 8:00am
Swim: Beginning in the water at Lakeshore, athletes will utilize the sandy shoreline area immediately to the East of the Huntington Lake Boat Launch. Participants swim around buoys for 1600 yards, exit the water near the entry point utilizing an existing asphalt ramp and making their way through a small section of forest behind the bathrooms, and proceed to the Transition Area.
Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back, then proceed to and up Kaiser Pass Road to the parking area indicated on the course map.
Run: Two loops of the sprint run course.
Olympic Aquabike- 1600 yard swim | 22.5 mile bike
Individual or Relay – Begins at 8:00am

Olympic Duathlon – 6.6 mile run | 22.5 mile bike | 3.3 mile run

Run: Two loops of the sprint run course.
Bike: Beginning at the Transition Area, athletes will turn to the left as they exit the parking lot and will ride to the dam and back, then proceed to and up Kaiser Pass Road to the parking area indicated on the course map.
Run: One loop of the sprint run course.
