Way Too Cool 50K Endurance Run

Welcome, Runners!

Way Too Cool 50K Endurance Run welcomes you to the 34th annual running on Saturday, March 2, 2024 at 8 A.M. We are excited to get back to normal and have this epic event!!

This race has become the most sought after 50K in the United States for veterans and novices alike. The breathtaking trails, spirited aid stations, amazing views and pure fun, make this an adventure you won’t want to miss.

After your run, kick back and relax as you enjoy delicious & hearty fare. Warm your soul with a cup of delicious soup. Finally, satisfy your sweet tooth with our signature frog cupcake!

A special thanks to all of our sponsors for their continued support and generosity. Thanks to the two hundred volunteers who help make this race weekend possible.

Heartfelt thanks and sincere gratitude to the Western States Endurance Run Foundation, Western States Trail Foundation, Robie Foundation and the California Forest Foundation for their help in clearing and maintaining the trails to afford each of us an opportunity to run and enjoy.

Registration

Dates

  • Registration is open for the first 750 runners!!
  • Registration will close either on February 27, 2024 or until filled.

Waitlist

  • Once the race is filled, we will open up a waitlist. It will also close on February 27, 2024.
  • Historically, we have been able to cycle through about 100 (+/-).
  • As a runner drops from the race, you will be notified via e-mail from NorCalUltras that you have been selected in to the event.
  • At that time, you will have up to 5 days to register, depending on the date you were chosen.
  • Your payment will not be processed until you register in to the race.

If a spot becomes available, we will send you an email notification. We encourage you to remain on the wait list as it is highly probable that runners will drop from the event. If you do not wish to remain on the wait list, please email:ย staff@norcalultras.com

Payment

The cost of the race is $175.
