2017 LINE-UP

Above the Sea
Legendary climber Chris Sharma returns to the island of Mallorca where he discovers an untouched, sweeping wall. If he can endureย numerous heart-stopping plunges into the sea and finally link the moves, he will establish what may be the worldโ€™s hardest deep water solo climb.

Break on Through
In modern rock climbing, 5.15 is the top of the difficulty scale, a grade achieved by only a few men and never by a woman. Margo Hayes, a little-known 19-year-old from Boulder, CO, is determined to change that, pushing her body and mind to the absolute limit.

Safety Third
For most climbers, itโ€™s safety first. But Brad Gobright is not most climbers. Fueled by day-old donuts and unhindered by fear, this young talent is pushing the limits of scary trad routes, pants-less ascents, and palm-sweating free solos.

Stumped
One-handed climberย Maureen Beckย may send your projectsย but sheโ€™s not here to be your inspiration. Drinking, swearing and taking big whippers, she pushes her “stumpโ€ to the limit.ย โ€œPeople sayย ‘wow, now I have no excuses,’โ€ says Maureen.ย โ€œIโ€™m likeย ‘you never had an excuse in the first place.’โ€
