Fears, Tears & Beers is America’s oldest, and still rowdiest, enduro bike race.

Pedal your bike through two casinos on your way to the top of Ward Mountain. You’ll then be timed at specific sections of the course. There will be two to seven timed sections, mostly twisty downhills and sprint sections. The sum of the times on these special tests will determine the winner. Who cares how fast you make it to the top, right? It’s all about sending it on the way back home.

Tears, Fears & Beers is an annual fundraiser for Great Basin Trails Alliance. Men’s and women’s classes are offered in each division.

Fun Run: Shorter in length and less climbing than the beginner class, 2 timed sections
Beginner Class: 17.5 miles, 2,300′ elevation gain, 3 timed sections
Sport Class: 26.6 miles, 3,500′ elevation gain, 4 timed sections
Expert/Pro Class: 33.3 miles, 5,400′ elevation gain, 6 timed sections.

All participants get great swag and an awards ceremony banquet after the race
