Tahoe Trail 100 Leadville Qualifier

The Tahoe Trail 100 is a 100 kilometer mountain bike race featuring the epic trails and vistas of North Lake Tahoe. The race is a Leadville 100 Qualifier. The event is operated by Northstar California Resort, LIFETIME and Big Blue Adventure. The Tahoe Trail 100 is schedule annually mid July.

THURSDAY, JULY 13, 2023

  • 5:00pm – course will be marked – ride at your own risk – trails are open to the public as well – please be courteous!

FRIDAY, JULY 14, 2023

  • 12:00pm – 5:00pmPacket pickup, registration and drop bag collection
  • Location: The Village at Northstar – Overlook Pavilion
    • Get your participant shirt, race plate and answers to your questions.
    • Photo ID is required
    • Packets must be picked up in person
    • Packets will not be mailed or given to others
    • Drop bags (100k riders) – will be accepted at this time (see the Course section for details)
  • 3:45pm Athlete meeting
    • Race staff will run through final details, last-minute changes, course descriptions and other important information.

SATURDAY, JULY 15, 2023

  • 5:30am – 6:45am Packet pickup, registration and drop bag collection
  • Location: The Village at Northstar – Overlook Pavilion
    • Photo ID is required
    • Packets must be picked up in person
    • Packets will not be mailed or given to others
    • Drop bags (100k riders) – will be accepted at this time (see the Course section for details)
  • 7:00am RACE START
    • Location: Bottom of Northstar Drive; 150 Northstar Dr, Truckee, CA 96161
      • Take the first right at the roundabout just off the highway to get to the start area.
      • Each athlete will self-position at the start line based on ability, with pros up front.
      • 50K and 100K riders will start together.
      • PLEASE be honest with your start location as it is a safety measure for all athletes!
      • Space is first-come first-serve.
      • Do not leave your bike unattended in the start corral.
      • Parking – available at the Village view Parking Lot A. Riders will continue up Northstar Drive and into the Village before taking their tires to the trails.
    • 11:30amFinish Festival begins
      • Location: The Village at Northstar – Overlook Pavilion
        • Join us for music, cold beer, great food and even better company
    • 2:00pm50K Awards Ceremony
    • 3:15pmOfficial 100K Finish Time
      • Riders must finish by this time to be eligible for the LT100 MTB lottery
    • 3:30pm100K Awards Ceremony & LT100 MTB Lottery
      • All awards will be presented at this time and must be picked up in person.
      • Awards will not be given to others and will not be distributed before or after the awards ceremony.
      • Stick around for an announcement to enter your ticket (attached to your wristband) into the drawing for your chance to win a coveted LT100 MTB slot. Winners must be present to claim their spot, which they can utilize in 2022 or defer to 2023.

General registration will open on January 10, 2023 at 10:00 AM MT.

  • First come-first served until the event is sold out

Early access registration for Life Time members opens on January 3, 2023 at 10:00 AM MT

  • In order to be eligible, members must have had digital or in-club memberships for at least 6 months prior to registration.
  • Membership number and date of membership will be verified during registration.
  • Limited availability, first come first served.

  • Tahoe Trail MTB 100K – $140
  • Tahoe Trail MTB 50K – $105
