Groveland Grind

Groveland Grind is Happening THIS Weekend

There is still time to sign up for this year’s Groveland Grind. Don’t miss out on this ride just outside of Yosemite. This is a mixed terrain event (pavement, broken pavement, dirt and gravel) on Yosemite National Park’s doorstep!

Three amazing routes with amazing views

Ride through the majestic Stanislaus National Forest on historic sections of the original roads and railroads to Yosemite.

The Long and Medium routes go through private property which borders Yosemite.

Please do NOT ride through Hazel Green Ranch before the event, as the the permit is only for June 24th, 2023 and it would jeopardize the event and future events. This section is highlighted with a red line on the maps for the Long and Medium routes.

Routes are subject to change as directed by the US Forest Service or as conditions dictate.

Trail Conditions

The trails are in great shape thanks to the work of Groveland Trail Heads — they have been working hard to clear the trails for this weekend’s event.

A huge shout out to the U.S. Forest Service-Stanislaus National Forest and the Groveland Ranger District for clearing fallen trees on the routes, it is going to be a beautiful weekend.
