A Letter From Todd Jackson CEO of Big Blue Adventure

 

“Hello Big Blue Adventure community!

In this unprecedented time I wanted to communicate with you and share our plans. First we trust that you and yours are OK. Health is certainly our number one priority.

We are hopeful that our 2020 calendar of events can occur as scheduled. However, we are working with our partners to look for alternative dates, if needed due to Covid-19, for events that are scheduled earlier in the year.ย 

Rescheduled Events:

For rescheduled events those registered who for any reason cannot attend the event can cancel their registration within 7 days of the new event date.ย You will thenย receive a credit for the full amount of your registration fee valid towards any Big Blue Adventure event for the 2020 or 2021 event season.

Cancelled Events:

Our goal is to not cancel any event. However, if we cannot find an alternative date and have to cancel an event,ย then those registered will automatically receive a credit for the full amount of their registration fee valid towards any Big Blue Adventure event for the 2020 orย 2021 event season.
