Despite California’s historic drought, whitewater is out there

There’s still not much rain, but a few reliable flowing rivers and creeks in California allow Lisa Byers to work her boof stroke off Ski Jump rapid on Whiskeytown Reservoir’s Clear Creek over the last weekend of February 2015.
