The viral video of famous adventurer Dean Potter wingsuit BASE-jumping with his faithful canine, Whisper, was viewed by over 250-million people worldwide in 2014 and continues to draw viewers daily. This controversial video clip is actually a teaser to a 22-minute film, When Dogs Fly, which becomes available to the public for the first time ever through Vimeo on Demand on March 31st – Whisper’s fifth birthday.
