The Millerton Lake Crows Nest Triathlon blends scenic lake swimming, rolling bike courses, and a mix of run options in a relaxed early-season multisport event at Millerton Lake State Recreation Area. Athletes can choose from Super Sprint, Sprint, or Olympic triathlon distances, plus standalone 5K and 10K run/walk options—making it great for beginners stepping up to multisport racing as well as seasoned triathletes tuning up for the season. With finisher medals, event T-shirts, free race photos, and course support including kayaks and lifeguards on the swim, the day feels festive and well supported. The capped field keeps the vibe friendly, while spectacular lakeside views and a mix of asphalt and trail running add variety to the experience.
