Our 16,000 square foot facility offers Two Floors of only the best tools and equipment ensuring your workout always stays fresh, challenging and adapts to your fitness goals.

The highly planned layout of our equipment is designed to maximize your workout by body part. We group specific pieces of equipment together so no matter what your routine is for the day it’s a breeze to execute.

On the Top Floor you’ll find an amazing array of cardio equipment from the latest in ellipticals with personal viewing screens to treadmills and bikes. Our large GroupX Fitness Studio is also located here offering 45+ GroupX classes per week from the best instructors in the city.

On the First Floor you’ll find top quality free weights, machines and benches along with our semi-private stretching area.
