The Chanoko Trail Runs offer three distances to choose from: 50K, 31K and 5 Miles. The 31K & 50K will start from Auburn Overlook and run to Granite Beach, Folsom Lake on the famous Pioneer Express Trail. The Five Miler will start and finish at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake SRA.
Finishers at each event will receive custom Chanoko finisher’s apparel, with a finisher’s jacket for the 50K runners, a finisher’s long-sleeved T-shirt for 31K runners, and a finisher’s race shirt for finishers of the 5 mile race.

We will also have post race food for all runners at Granite Beach, Folsom Lake after their runs are finished.
Overall male and female Champions in each race will receive special Champion awards and age-group awards will be presented three-deep for all three races.

Packet Pickup
Race packets will be available race morning fromย 6:30 am toย 8 am at the race site.

Refund and transfer policy
TBF Racing has a no refund policy on all of our events. A refund requested prior to race week will be given a TBF Race credit for the amount of the entry fee minus a $25 processing fee. Credits are not given during race week. Transfers are allowed from one TBF Racing event to another within a one-year time frame. There is a $25 transfer fee. Transfers are not allowed during race week. ALL TBF Racing events are held rain or shine.

TBF Trainingย provides group workouts and coaching for the sport of Triathlon along with individual Multi-sport Coaching and Personal Training.

Granite Bay State Park on Folsom lake is located at the end of Douglas Blvd, 5-6 miles East of I-80. Turn right at the third stop sign after entering the park for the Granite Beach parking lot. There is a $12 vehicle charge for day-use or $125 for an annual pass. Contact phone: 916 988 0205.
Annual Day Use Passes are available for $125. These passes are valid for 12 months from purchase.
