Getting started on the right the right foot is so important to us that all new member receive our Active Start Program upon joining. Thereโ€™s no charge, and it helps set you up for success.

Hereโ€™s how it works:

  • Youโ€™re matched with one of our expert trainers, and weโ€™ll schedule your first session that works best with your schedule.
  • The first session is a 60-minute Orientation, where youโ€™ll discuss your current health and goals, as well as take some baseline measurements. Remember, this is just a starting pointโ€“upwards and onwards from here.
  • The second 60-minute session is a one-on-one training session to take you through an optimal workout that will help turn your goals into results.

Whether youโ€™re looking to shed a few pounds or tackle a sprint triathlon, having a goal is a glorious thing. Weโ€™ll be with you every step of the way.
