Getting started on the right the right foot is so important to us that all new member receive our Active Start Program upon joining. There’s no charge, and it helps set you up for success.

Here’s how it works:

  • You’re matched with one of our expert trainers, and we’ll schedule your first session that works best with your schedule.
  • The first session is a 60-minute Orientation, where you’ll discuss your current health and goals, as well as take some baseline measurements. Remember, this is just a starting point–upwards and onwards from here.
  • The second 60-minute session is a one-on-one training session to take you through an optimal workout that will help turn your goals into results.

Whether you’re looking to shed a few pounds or tackle a sprint triathlon, having a goal is a glorious thing. We’ll be with you every step of the way.
