Happy Winter from Lake Tahoe — big thanks to Vail Resorts for this much desired snow report!
(January 11, 2018) The ski and ride season is underway — Tahoe received over a foot of new snow this past week and Kirkwood is currently experiencing surprise snowfall. 
Conditions are only going to get better with the weather returning back to an active pattern. We are tracking another storm system looking to possibly arrive in the middle of next week which could indicate the storm door is beginning to open.
